Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A trek or trip is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Booking details, itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions will be shared once the booking is confirmed.
Payments
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
- Full or partial payment must be completed within the specified timeline communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy shared during booking.
- Certain costs such as permits, advance bookings, or operational expenses may be non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure from a trek.
Fitness and Health Requirements
- Participants must be physically and mentally fit to undertake trekking or adventure activities.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions prior to the trek.
- Spirit of Himalayas is not liable for issues arising due to undisclosed health conditions.
Safety and Conduct
- Participants must strictly follow the instructions of trek leaders and guides at all times.
- Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited during treks.
- Any behavior that risks safety, environment, or other participants may lead to immediate removal from the trek without refund.
Wildlife and Environmental Responsibility
- Treks may pass through forest or wildlife areas; participants must respect local laws and forest department regulations.
- Littering, disturbing wildlife, or damaging nature is strictly prohibited.
- Spirit of Himalayas follows responsible tourism practices and expects the same from all participants.
Equipment and Gear
- We provide essential trekking equipment as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Participants are responsible for personal gear unless specified otherwise.
- Any damage or loss of provided equipment due to negligence may be chargeable.
Itinerary Changes
- Weather conditions, natural events, or government restrictions may require changes to the itinerary.
- Spirit of Himalayas reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel treks for safety reasons.
- No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes beyond our control.
Liability Disclaimer
- Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks.
- Spirit of Himalayas, its staff, guides, and partners shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings, or unforeseen incidents during the trek.
- Participants join activities at their own risk.
Insurance
- We strongly recommend participants obtain personal travel and medical insurance.
- Spirit of Himalayas does not provide insurance unless explicitly mentioned.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Spirit of Himalayas.

Governing Law
